Is it possible to create a menu that you can display or attach to a windows program so the user can click on the menu which runs a macro?

You could try using Dialog> to create some type of a menu system. You can have multiple combo boxes and react to selections made there.

The choices selected could call a Macro Scheduler macro using the command line options.

You could assign a hot-key to the macro with the Dialog script.

You could also put all the macros to select from in your menu into one group, and have only that group show up in the QuickLaunch window that can be called with a right click from the Systray.
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,
