Open Internet Page in Dialog

Hi All,

I'm toying with an idea of something that would allow a web page to open up when a button were to be clicked within a dialog. For example, have a dialog pop up with 3 buttons: "Facebook", "Google", YouTube" and when users clicked these buttons, the dialog would turn into these pages.

I have seen an example of something similar at this link here: http://www.mjtnet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=8243

But this link embeds internet explorer within the dialog, which would allow a user to manually navigate away from the preassigned web pages by changing the URL.

I know is never going to be a "foolproof" way to do this as there is always a way to navigate from a website, but thought I would give it a go.
