Dialog to Stay on Top

I'm running a macro to manage a maximized app and I'd like to have a dialog window open at the same time, all the time, to show me what the macro is doing. Problem is that the maximized app will usually be getting focus and be on top. is there any way to keep a dialog on top? Thanks.
