I've added what you suggested and I've been testing it all morning and so far can't get it to fail once no matter how busy/slow our server is so I'm 99% sure that it is now working perfectly and thanks to both of your suggestions not only is it now totally accurate it also runs a lot faster too!
It's been a very interesting exercise for me as I have learnt loads about writing macros and using Macro Scheduler doing so and although I'm sure this is very simple, I feel quite chuffed that I was also able to get the macro to ask the user if they wanted to add more pages after it had run and restart itself if they said yes. Slowly but surely it's all starting to make more sense.
