vmware workstation scheduled task

I have vmware workstation I want to run in a windows xp vmware scheduled macro's

But I looks like he not send keystrokes.
I it possible to run scheduled macro's when vmware is in the background?

I'm not aware of any problems running Macro Scheduler with vmware. Is Macro Scheduler running inside the vmware session or beside it?
