We have no separate Forum for ClipMagic postings, but other ClipMagic postings have been submitted here before, so, I am including this one also. I just submitted the following request to ClipMagic support.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Using ClipMagic since first released. Current version is 3.2.1. I have been having problems in Excel 2003, SP2 when doing a Move between cells. I get a message that "Cannot empty clipboard". I click on the error window, and the Move is completed. I finally discovered that if ClipMagic was not running that I don't get the message. But if I activate ClipMagic, the error message comes back.
I have also located this hotfix from Microsoft for a similar message if using Remote Desktop: http://support.microsoft.com/default.as ... -us;840872
It says only to install if this is the actual problem. So, since this is with ClipMagic, I have not installed the patch.
Please advise, what I should do to correct the problem?

I may have a temp fix.....
I changed a setting and problem seems to be gone......
Tools/Options/Performance:
Changed from Write to Disk on Exit to Write to Disk after Each Clip.
With this setting, I no longer get the message in Excel, but ClipMagic does advise that there might be a speed performance hit with this setting.
But right now, that is better than the error message.
I will also submit this info to ClipMagic support.
