MS10 range check error with NP hotkeys

Post by bnc1 » Wed Jan 09, 2008 12:23 pm

I can now recreate this problem with MS 10.014. I had previously reported the problem perhaps incorrectly as a MS 9 bug here http://www.mjtnet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4346

1) Create a new macro
2) Set hotkey to one of the NP values (NP+ or NP- or NP8 etc)
3) Click on OK
4) Go back to macro properties and look at hotkey . Is it either missing or incorrect ?? MS main menu shows it correctly however ??
5) Edit the macro source and make some changes and save. MS main menu no longer shows the hotkey
6) Try to get back into macro properties .. always get range check error message

Can anyone recreate this ? It only seems to happen with the NP type hotkeys ??

Yes.

1) New macro
2) Set hotkey to NP+
3) Go back to properties and the hotkey does not show
4) Try to edit and get the Range check error
5) Try properties and get the Range check error

Not quite the same scenario as you but close.
