I downloaded eval copy...then I bought a license. What do I do to get rid of the eval splash pop. I have not received any confirmation of the purchase or an email.

You should receive an email confirming your order soon. The E-mail also includes info on downloading a paid version. No, you can't remove the splash pop with the eval copy.
