Can this be done?

I need to automate the following and want to find out whether Macro Scheduler will be able to handle this. Thru a desktop icon, I want to activate the macro to do the following:

1) edit the contents of a specific ini file.
2) delete a couple of files.
3) terminate several programs
4) start several programs
5) fill in the login prompts,
6) ideally,seek out a certain program and automatically respond to a couple of buttons and prompts.

Can this be done?
