MS v12 script editor possible bug

Hi,

I invoke the editor on an given scriptfile like this:

msched.exe -EDITOR c:\myscripts\somescript.scp

Then i run the script and DO NOT modify anything.
When I close the editor it asks me:

Do you want to save your changes

However - The script is not modified at all..
Is that going to be fixed/changed ?

Please note that I use Include> statements in the script
