some macros do not show in quick launch

Since I upgraded to 11, I cannot seem to find a way to add macros to the quick launch area. anyone know the secret?

Either:

1) Double Click on the macro to get into the editor and click on the "Group" tab. Then check "Show in System Tray Quick Launch group".

Or:

2) Add entire group by right clicking on the group and selecting Group Properties and then selecting "Add Macros to Quick Launch".
