Hello,
I have been using Macro Scheduler to automate the running of MicroStrategy Desktop (a BI tool) reports. Basically, I press enter, wait for the window to change (report completes), close the window. Then I press down and enter again to run the next report (and loop through this till the end).
Now, MicroStrategy automatically exports these reports to Excel after they are run. For some strange reason, when running them using Macro Scheduler, the Excel file contains a screenshot of my system rather than the report data!
Could it be that MicroStrategy is using the clipboard to copy and then paste to Excel, but Macro Scheduler is overwritting the clipboard with screen shots of my system? If so, is there any way to stop Macro Scheduler from interfering with my clipboard?
Thank you.
Strange Issue: Screenshots being pasted in Excel!

Macro Scheduler itself does not take screenshots and does nothing to the clipboard. I cannot vouch for what your script is doing however. Feel free to post your script.
