Please Add New Dialog Properties to Help File

Post by jpuziano » Sun Nov 12, 2006 12:08 pm

Hi Marcus,

I just found out that this had been added:
Help File History wrote:Version 7.4 03/09/2005
Added Min,Max,Close,Resize properties to dialogs to allow enable/disable border buttons and resize.

I hadn't noticed that one in the History entry. I found out by accident while reading BugTracker Bug #37.

I had still been using Win32 API methods to try to do some of these things. I checked the Help file entry for Dialogs and there's still no mention of the new Min, Max, Close, Resize properties for Dialogs.

Its great to be able to do this with Dialogs without resorting to API calls... important enough I think to warrant mention in the Help file. If you agree, please add, if not... why not?

Note: If anyone else on the planet would find the following useful...
[Open] PlayWav command that plays from embedded script data
...then please add your thoughts/support at the above post - :-)

Hadn't realised they were missing from help file. They should be added.

Note also that you can set these just by double clicking on the dialog being designed, or right click and select properties.
