I have found that I cannot insert emoticons or Font Styles at the location of the cursor when using Netscape. The selected effect goes to the end of the message and then I have to cut and paste. 
I did some experimenting and I did discover that this does not happen with MSIE. I know that this is not your own product, but I would hope that the developers would support Netscape as well as MSIE. This is a minor issue in the big picture, but I know that you take pride in the quality of your products, and this does reflect back as not being as user friendly as it could be.
