FTP commands

I'm trying to use the GetFTP command to retrieve my website's log. It's failing, and I'm not getting a clue what's wrong.
I see the progress box in the corner, my user name and password are displayed, but there's no result. Any ideas?

the script is just one line. it's
FTPGetFile>www.mysite.com, name, password, 21, f:\f7\logs\ftpver.txt, /logs/access_log, A

never mind... it's working. I had the case wrong on the password. ya gotta love it.
