how much does it cost to convert a recorded macro into a *.exe file as in a executable?

Well, you would need the compiler which comes with Macro Scheduler Pro, which costs $139.95 (USD). Once you have it you can create as many .exe files as you like and you can distribute them freely. No additional licensing or royalties are necessary.
