updating macro scheduler

Hello, I've been trying to get a download link for a week with no success. I have spam filters turned off, and the security turned down in outlook express. I've got macro scheduler pro 7.3.05 and want to update it to the latest version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you contacted support? I can't quite see why this should take a week to resolve. Just email support with your registered info and we'll ensure you get the download.

Hi, I never was able to get an answer from support but I've been able to get the up grades by way of the original download link that was sent me when I bought ms pro so I didn't worry about it......today ( about 5 hours ago ) I purchased a second ms pro for my other computer. I recieved the sales reciept for ms from Plimus.com and an e mail from [email protected] confirming that my CD i ordered for ms would be sent within 48 hours.
My question is this, how long should I have to wait to recieve an e mail with the download link for ms. Thank you for your time.

Hi,

The email is sent instantly. It is sent the moment your payment is authorised. If you have not received it there is most likely a spam filter or mailblock in place preventing our emails from getting to you. Since you also indicate that you have not heard from us in the past I expect this is the reason as we never ignore support emails.

Please PM me with your order reference number and I will PM back with the download URL. This will take any email problems out of the loop.
