Says your office hours are 900 - 1800 GMT (london). Uhm what exactly are those times in EST? Cause normally i recieve my reply email within 12 hours and its past that and didnt know if you guys were sleepy heads or what. hehe

You don't know your own time zone!? Since all timezones in the world are determined by reference to GMT it is straighforward. By EST I assume you are referring to the North American timezone, Eastern Standard Time. EST is UTC - 0500. GMT = UTC +0000 (GMT=UTC). So you're five hours behind us in London.
Local time here as I write this is 0930 Saturday 26th March.
Look at the headers of emails you receive. You should see a +0000 or +0500 or similar at the end of the date/time header showing the timezone of the sender and showing how that time differs from yours.
This weekend is the Easter holiday weekend in the UK. Friday was a bank (public) holiday and so is Monday. So apologies if you have not yet received a reply but rest 100% assured that we are not ignoring you.
