How do I use View System Windows???
There is only an explanation in the Help file

Just select Tools/View System Windows from the main menu or from within the Editor and you will be presented with a list of windows on the system. You can search for a title using a partial match by typing part of the window title in the search box at the top.

If you right click on a window you can then:

- Copy the caption of the object to the clipboard
- Copy all the text displayed to the clipboard
- Show the window
- Hide the window
- Close the window

Use the last three with care. Especially the last one!
