.PDF/Adobe Reader in IE, form filling: is this possible?

Post by waltermc » Mon Jun 01, 2009 4:27 pm

I'm looking for an automation program that can do the following:

interact with and fill a .pdf form, opened in IE
fill the form based on data from a text file and from other open websites in IE
load particular files into the form,
and then click the submit button.

Is this possible with macro scheduler? Can I do this with minimal programming? I don't have the time or inclination to learn how to program to accomplish these tasks.

I already tried iMacros, which wont interact with abobe reader.

Thanks,
Walter

Macro Scheduler can interact with Adobe Reader. But you will probably have to write some code (or get someone else/us to do it for you). There are lots of resources to help you get started here on the website if you did want to do it yourself. Alternatively have a look at AppNavigator which removes the need to write code.
