Nope, it most definitely is a very professional software company, not any kind of scam. (I don't work for them, just a satisfied customer.)

Have you contacted MJT directly (the contact form is on this website).

Did the paypal payment transaction complete?

If so MJTnet would normally email you a login, password, and URL to download your registered version.

Have you checked that MJT's email hasn't landed in your spam bucket?

As far as I can see all PayPal orders received yesterday were processed correctly and promptly. I would ask the OP to check your spam filters. We always send emails straight after the order has been processed and reply to all emails sent to us, so if you have not received your login details it is almost certainly a case of your email being held up in a spam bucket.

If you do not see our email I would ask that you phone us, or use the contact form on our website. Our contact form creates a ticket, responses to which you can read on our website (as well as by email). So should email bounce you will still always be able to view our responses online. See "View Your Tickets" under the "Contact" menu above. We cannot be responsible for spam filters and email systems that don't let our emails and replies through to you.

Regarding the PayPal yellow button etc - there are three checkout buttons on our website. One for Plimus who handle credit cards etc on our behalf (and also happen to offer PayPal), one for PayPal which goes direct to PayPal (the yellow button) and one for Google Checkout. You probably purchased first with the PayPal button and the second time clicked on the Plimus button which asks for address information. Clearly we don't need to ask for your address for PayPal orders as PayPal supply that - or you already supply it on the PayPal site. But for credit card payments we have to ask for an address first. I'm not sure why a credit card button that asks for an address and a PayPal button which doesn't need to should constitute a scam. This is entirely normal.

We are most certainly NOT scamming anyone and it breaks my heart to see complaints like the one above. We are not a faceless corporation but a small family run company that takes customer service incredibly seriously.
