I am going to have a script that outputs a textfile that is crypted and base64 encoded.
After an .exe is compiled, is it possible for someone to discover what key was used during the crypt> event?
The outputed textfile will contain information that if the user knew, he would not need to purchase the product I create.

Anything is possible. With the right skills pretty much any application can be reverse engineered. But, realistically, your code is pretty safe.
