Cant FTP put

I'm going bug eyed please help!

I cannot seem to be able to use the ftpputfile command succesfully.
I have checked the synntax letter by letter and there is nothing wrong with it. I can use a product called FTPexplorer to put files in the path. I have also used the same syntax with FTPgetFile and it works!!!
I am so baffled as to why I can get but not put with Macro Scheduler

sorry, I got my colleague to check the syntax and i had made a mistake.
