i noticed that starting a CMD in server enviorments needed de /C with it,
for example:

run>cmd /c net use \\srvr\ipc$ /user:domain\user password

maybe this helps with windows8 ?

No, but i ve Firefox as default webbrowser.
I selected IE as default, but no go.
You can easely simulate it by first select general help, leave it open, and then open a script, select a keyword and press F1.
Now its stuck.

and V13.0.01 is not workable so slow.
