This problem keep reoccurring. I am not sure if it is the IE11 security updates that is breaking it. I can uninstall IE11, delete IE11 directories, reinstall and it starts working again. I will try to pinpoint if it is a security update that is breaking it the next time it occurs.

I had to uninstall IE11 along with deleting the IE11 directories under programs. Reinstalled, then text capture started working again.

Text capture seems to have stopped working with IE11. I am using the Text Capture Wizard, but no text is returned while holding shift.
