Cannot Show Dialog DIALOG1. Not Found
After some vague Macro Scheduler divide by zero error, I get this error any time I run my macro. What's the fix please?
Error in : [macro]
Line 1495 - Cannot Show Dialog DIALOG1. Not Found
I can then click OK or Abort.

Re: Another Permissions Error
What happens after a full restart and using a different hot key, such as ctrl + alt + r. Ctrl r is likely used by something else. No change after a restart. I don't know how to use a different hotkey without opening the macro in MS15, and I can't open or edit the macro in question through MS15. I g...

Another Permissions Error
When I use the hotkey to start a macro I get the error, "Hotkey script is in use - cannot run" So I can't use hotkey to start the macro. However, I can immediately run the macro from the MS15 window with Ctrl + R, or by clicking Run. I can't open or edit the macro in question through MS15. I get the...

Re: "Stream read error."
If it doesn't, then uninstall and try a fresh installation of 15.0.24. It's really frustrating and time consuming to have to import all macros and re-assign shortcuts to each. Uninstalling and reinstalling yielded this error: "Exception EIniFileException in module msched.exe at 00073F1D. Unable to ...

Re: "Stream read error."
Another error I'm periodically getting is
"Unable to write to C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Macro Scheduler 15\runstats.ini."
The file exists at that path and I can manually edit that INI.

"Stream read error."
When I try to close MS 15.0.21 I get this error, "Stream read error."
The only option is to click OK to close the error message. MS does not close.
I just restarted Windows 10 as I was having this error before the restart.

Re: Weird Watch List Behavior
I think this was my issue. Thanks!Dorian (MJT support) wrote: ↑Fri Oct 07, 2022 8:37 amif it's the entire watch list - remember if you're just selecting Run or F9 the watch list items will not be displayed. For that you need to be running step-by-step, tracing, or insert a breakpoint and then use Run/F9.

Re: "incompatible with String" errors
Thanks. It's resolved now! Found that the variable TheRowWithATrader was empty when the error occurred even though post macro execution showed a value of 6 in the Watch List.

Re: Strange Error Message
I removed the line. No issues yet. Thanks!Marcus Tettmar wrote: ↑Thu Oct 06, 2022 2:20 pmHelpContext is set to 5000. It is therefore trying to load a help topic from a non existent help file. Try changing that value to 0 or just remove the line altogether.
