Same Issue
Just wanted to let you know that I lost my script directory too because of the same issue. I'm running the standard edition V14.0.18 on Windows 7 64bit.
Fortunately I saved my script folder on Dropbox. Restoring the folder was pretty easy. But still a nasty bug!
