Just found out what was causing the problem: Windows would switch focus to the download window as soon as it appeared while Macro Scheduler was still looking for a particular pixel to change colour from white. The background colour of the download box is white so Macro Scheduler didn't register that...

Thanks for the suggestion, but using more of the window name before the wildcard makes no difference, it still doesn't recognise the window as being open.
