Under the Macro Properties on the Autologon tab, we have "Unlock this computer to run macro. . ." selected. When the screen is locked, the PC is actually logged on with the user acco...

Since the currenty logged on account was Administrator and not the account setup to run the macro unattended, it may have caused a conflict. So, there is no screen sav...

I noticed the Macro Scheduler Service was not running, but set to Automatic. Is this normal? Is this service only activated when a macro is scheduled, or should it be running at all times?

Logging was already enabled. Here is the last line of log file: "7/25/2006 12:48:39:328 - Finished Macro : MIIS Volunteer Export 3" But when I check the directory, the Modified Date (timestamp) on the report output files are not current. It reflects the last time I ran the macro manually. Previously...

Also, this machine is accessed using remote control software called Timbuktu. The Administrator account is logged on with the screen locked. Could this be interferring with Macro Scheduler?

As I stated in my previous post, the macro runs daily, every 30 minutes. The start time is in the future. Under Tools->Options, I activated "Keep Scheduling on Exit (Starts Scheduling Service" (it was previously unchecked.) I have a valid username and password entered on the AutoLogon tab. If left b...

Macro Not Repeating as Scheduled

I have a macro which launches another program, generates three reports, and closes the program. It is scheduled to run daily, every 30 minutes, with the 'Repeat Continuously" option selected. The macro runs manually, but does not run automatically as scheduled. What other settings are needed to get ...
