Allow time w/setting date in scheduler, or include reset btn

Post by kh_kevin » Thu Jan 03, 2013 4:32 am

As the subject says -- is it possible to allow a time w/o checking any dates in the scheduler?

Let's say I have a script that runs M-F. Maybe I want to stop it for the week and resume next week, but I want to leave the time in place so when I want to run it again I can just re-check the date boxes. I just find it tedious to have to type "0" into both of the time boxes! Also having to remember what time to set it at again (in case there are tons of scripts scheduled).

If this is not possible, could you include a "reset" button in the "Time" section? Or even a "Clear All" button for both date and time. I guess it only saves like 1 second but it's an annoyance thing more than anything :P

Thanks,

If you just want to "pause" a schedule the easiest and quickest way to do that would be to right click on the macro and uncheck "Schedule Enabled". Then to resume check "Schedule Enabled" again. No need to modify any of the schedule settings, just enable/re-enable the schedule.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?
