Curious if any thought has been given to a tabbed editor in future versions? An additional function might be a "file compare" feature between any 2 tabs.
These are more or less a basic features for most current advanced script editors.
Another options might be to provide a list of highlighting rules that could be exported into 3rd party editors. While this would not allow script testing or running, some might find it to be of value in script development.
