PDF Display in a Dialog
We can currently display BMPs, PNGs and JPGs within the image object of a Macro Scheduler dialog. I would find it very helpful to also be able to view PDFs in that image object.

Re: PDF Display in a Dialog
I'm afraid since a PDF is not an image format it won't be possible to display one via an image object. So some other object/method would be required. We will investigate options.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

Thank you
Looking forward to seeing the new object/method and what we can do with it.

Re: PDF Display in a Dialog
Experimental 15.0.25 have this feature. One thing I didn't find too fun was the fact that if I have a window/dialog with a PDF object inside and maximize the window Adobe Reader will display the "evaluate a trail version for 7 days" on the right hand side, only way to remove it is to use the CTRL+H twice (read mode).
Re: PDF Display in a Dialog
Sorry. Been off sick for the last couple of weeks and now slowly catching up.
This isn't going to work for me. The new TMSAcroPDF viewer control requires Adobe Acrobat Viewer to be installed. If I was willing to use PDF viewing software I would have simply used Microsoft's SetParent function with "XYZ PDF Viewer" software and I'd have been done. I was hoping for a way that Macro Scheduler could natively view a PDF. PDFs are complicated and the suggestion may not be possible. Thank you for your attempt.
I truly appreciate all you do,
Dick

Re: PDF Display in a Dialog
There are libraries for native rendering but most would cost money for MS to implement.
