IECREATE error

Sometimes my script returns this error on IECREATE[1]:
server execution failed, ProgID: "InternetExplorer.Application" at 38
Can you help me?

The only thing I can think of is that IE is busy doing something or not quite ready. It might be worth trying a wait before your IECreate.
