Install on Windows 7

I've downloaded the file from the user area. Name = msfullwc15.0.13[1]

Now what? Windows 7 doesn't know what to do. Neither do I!

Also downloaded and installed trial version, and that installed just fine, but I can't find a way to enter my license.

That would work too if it's an option.

Just run it. Is it not a .exe? If not rename it to a .exe. Not sure why it wouldn't be.
