Access 2000 Table - How can I get the last modified/updated

Hi,

I have used MS 7 Pro to take data from MS-Access 2000 and write it to MS-Excel 2000 using ADO, but I do not know how can I get the last time a table from Access was modified/updated. Can somebody help me with the VBScript code?
