Rich Text Format when copying from Editor?

Post by Grovkillen » Thu May 04, 2023 8:43 am

I would love to see the possibility to copy text from the editor as RTF to keep the colors set by the Editor.

Why you ask? Because I need to copy snippets of code into my documentation (I use HelpScribble for this) and since the colors are already set using the Editor I see no reason why not being able to keep this information when copying the source code into the help file.

But I do understand that most of the time it's desirable to not have anything other than plain text when copying to and from the Editor and thus I suggest we use CTRL+SHIFT+C to copy text as RTF.

I can see that the help file for MS would benefit from this as well since example code is displayed as gray text and not in color. Soooo... please make this happen ;)
Let>ME=%Script%
