Webrecorder "Access Is Denied" on login page

I am trying to use the webrecorder to log in to a website. Clicking on the username or password fields, or trying to click the 'log in' button throws a Webrecorder popup message 'Access Is Denied'. I can sometimes get the info typed into the fields, but it won't record back to the list, and the page is basically not functional, won't advance to login.

Site works fine in IE11 (same as Webrecorder is using, I verified)

I have also tried running webrecorder as Administrator, but it throws the same error message.

I was able to get past this by loading the frame page url instead of in this page. It fortunately redirects to the secure site after logging in.
