WebRecorder and Web Automation

Post by Marcus Tettmar » Tue Oct 09, 2012 8:38 pm

Just wondering how many people have seen my recent blog post and whether they found it useful:

Most of the requests for script development we get these days are for web based scripts.

How many of you here are needing to automate websites and web based processes? Would you like to see more articles/tutorials on this side of things?

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

I didn't know MJT had a YouTube channel!

I found that video to be very helpful, and certainly de-mystified Webrecorder.

I actually have something I've been wanting to do in WebRecorder for quite some time now, and haven't got round to doing it.

This has prompted me to see if there is a FireFox equivalent to F12. It looks like Firebug might do it too?
Yes, we have a Custom Scripting Service. Message me or go here

Yes, FireFox and Chrome have their equivalents. Of course WR only automates IE but no reason why you can't use the other browsers for finding element info.
