Typo in Help - RunProgram

Post by Jerry Thomas » Wed Aug 28, 2013 10:45 pm

In the RunProgram documentation, the code samples show it as Run Program> with a space between the words in all 3 places it is shown

Code: Select all

Example
To open Notepad :

Run Program>notepad.exe
     /\

A path may be specified if necessary :
Run Program>c:\my programs\eudora\eudora.exe
     /\

To start notepad minimized :
Let>RP_WINDOWMODE=2

Run Program>notepad.exe
     /\
Thanks,
Jerry

Thank you Jerry,

I agree it would make more sense not to have a space.

Although I just tried RunProgram and found it successfully opened notepad whether it had a space or not.

Run Program>notepad.exe
RunProgram>notepad.exe
Run>notepad.exe

I'll ask Marcus if he minds me removing the space.

I'd say Help has been waiting long enough for the change. My vote would be to change it... (Do I get a vote?)

Jolly good point. :)

Many thanks, I'll edit that now.
