Auto Login on Server 2008

Post by wellman » Thu Apr 18, 2013 1:06 pm

I can't seem to get the autologin feature to work. I tried this first on a workstation and now on a server. I have checked "Enable AutoLogon when Windows is logged out". I have checked ". I have also checked "Unlock Computer To Run This Script" and put in the correct credentials. The service is running. If I lock the PC, it will unlock and run the script just fine. However, if I actually log off, it doesn't run. Instead, the script runs the next time I log on.

Are you physically connected to the server and sitting in front of it?

Or are you using remote desktop?

It WILL NOT work via remote desktop.
