Cannot close MS in Win7 x64

Post by fightcancer » Sun Mar 10, 2013 11:24 pm

Error: "Access violation at address [...] in module 'msched.exe'. Read of address [...]"

Going to have to use Task Manager to kill the process.

Which version of Macro Scheduler? Any macros running at the time? Does it happen only after running a certain script or all the time? Does it happen if you open Macro Scheduler, then close it without running any scripts.

My main environment here is Win7 x64 Ultimate and I have not seen this in any version of Macro Scheduler, so not a general issue, but there could be something going on with another app being automated or a library not closing properly or something like that, so we need to know more.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

v. 14.0.4
No macros running.
It's happened just this once. So it may be hard to address.
