Create a (HTML) help file for NT/W2K/XP commands - 01/09/2003
Will only display help for the OS in which the HTML file was created -- in the language of that OS version, as is demonstrated here (German) and here (English).
Some help text, like FINDSTR's, is displayed incorrectly due to the occurrence of characters in its output.
