If you have WinME/W2K/XP, you own the undocumented application OSK.exe = On Screen Keyboard.
It displays a virtual keyboard on the screen.
If you change the used layout in your local/regional settings the virtual keyboard will change his as well.
Now you can see easily the key which is asigned to a foreign keyboard.
You can use it with the mouse as well.
