What is the difference between versions, Pro and Standard

Post by Dave » Sat Feb 08, 2003 4:12 pm

Hi,

I tried the 'BuyNow' and got options for Standart 7.1 and for Pro 7.1. The first one is without Compiler and the latter one is with Compiler. Please explain the benefit of the Pro version that the standard version does not have, and does the standard version has the 'make EXE' feature?

Another question is I have release 6.1 that I purchased under a previous email name (that email is no longer valid since I changed provider). Can I still qualify for downloading a new release?

Thanks

Hi,

The only difference is that the Pro version includes the compiler and the standard version doesn't. The compiler is what converts a script to a .EXE file, so you need the Pro version to create compiled EXEcutables.

Registered 6.x users can purchase the 7.1 upgrade at the discounted price. If you need to change your registered email address please email [email protected] with the old and the new email addresses.
