Re: IECreate

OK. It has something to do with the structure. Has nothing to do with IECreate.

IECreate

Hello All, I have a subroutine that uses IECreate>IE[0]. I have a list of multiple folders. For each folder it needs to Gosub the routine with IECreate>IE[0]. It works the first time, but then it just stops execution when the sub is called again. I thought I might have to us IEQuit. Tried that, didn...

Re: StringGrid 101

Hi JRL, Are you kidding? Do you really believe I would own an establishment that didn't have Pepsi and Pepsi products? And there would be a "Happy Hour"! Not that it's needed. I'm happy any time I drink Pepsi. If left to me, it would be a nightmare. Get the blood flowing. Plus, during those life and...

Re: StringGrid 101

@JRL, Thanks. Yea, the macro portion I can't really use. I'm writing a 'some kind' of database sort of thing, so having it do a macro is undesirable. I really looked into it myself before posting. I had hoped it was like ComboBox with an index property. Giving it a second look, I like how you used u...

Re: You'll have to click to find out.

@ Djek, Oh, I have plenty of projects to work out. But have you considered that if having plenty of projects to work out is the norm that you can still become bored? Projects on time? That sounds like either school or work. Maybe, being assigned to do a project keeps your mind busy with details of h...

Re: Help with Regex

@Scones, Here is a RegEx that will grab what you need. let>mystring=Esko ArtiosCAD - [TEST - 0 mfg] RegEx>^.* \[.* - 0 (.*)\],mystring,0,match,nom,1,$1,TextYouNeed mdl>%TextYouNeed% ^ = start of string .* = every character 0 or more times (up to the next specified character) Which is [. \[ = Because...

@Scones, Does this work for you? let>MyText=That darn cat keeps barking all night long. let>FindThis=cat RegEx>FindThis,MyText,0,match,nom,0 if>nom>0 RegEx>FindThis,MyText,0,match,nom,1,dog,res endif mdl>%res% Do you not like RegEx? You can skin a cat, including this one, in many ways. Good Luck, Pe...

Yeah, it's RegEx time

Hello All, Does anyone know how to use flags in RegEx? Will you show me how? I have been using RegExBuddy. But the patterns are not working in Macro Scheduler. I think it may be the flags that are set, so I want to set flags the same as they are in RegExBuddy and see if that makes them work in Macro...
