Re: Clipboard and Execute File

Using Variables and When to use Percent Symbols (%variable%) will help you understand this. To answer the specific question you're looking at something like this (you may need to edit the exact position I've placed the variable) : GetClipBoard>TheClipboard ExecuteFile>https://mail.google.com/mail/u...

Re: Running an Excel Macro from personal.xlsb

Yep, that's what XLRun does. (Requires Macro Scheduler Pro/Std v12.0.0.30 or higher) . XLOpen>d:\Book3.xlsb,1,xlbook XLRun>xlbook,Macro1 And just to over-egg the omelette, I also discovered something (pointless) which some may find interesting, if you create a second Excel macro which runs the origi...

Re: Working with Dates

I'm not sure I completely follow (as August 8th 2022 was a Monday, 2023 is a Tuesday though), but this may be a starting point : //Previous Monday //What day of the week is it today? DayOfWeek>Today //Our target is Monday (day 2), so calculate how many days to go back.. Let>Difference=2-Today //What...

In the editor you'll see a tab named "group". You'll see the option to add and remove from Quick Launch in there.

Re: Unable to click the a href

Hi, I think it gets confused by the "," in your xpath. You can try Let>tmp0=//*[contains(text(),'No, thanks!')]//parent::a ChromeFindElements>session_id,xpath,tmp0,elements ChromeElementAction>session_id,elements_1,click Yep, commas can mess things up a little. Taking your example : ChromeFindEleme...

Re: modern email authentication

I asked Marcus for clarification.

Macro Scheduler does not support oAuth. To send emails from Macro Scheduler you'd need to use a service that lets you provide a username/password or equivalent

Re: Does OCR_SCALEFACTOR affect OCRImage?

Yes, it seems to. If I test on a small image with a variety of scalefactors, the command takes longer to process as the scalefactor increases. So it seems that it can be used with OCRImage.

No scalefactor : 0.046 secs
Scalefactor 16 : 0.625 secs
Scalefactor 32 : 2.068 secs

Re: Weird Watch List Behavior

Is the entire watch list blank, or just one particular item? If it's one particular item then it's possible it's too long for the watch list. It needs to be incredibly long though - I just tested and discovered it could display a variable 65528 characters long, and went blank at 65529. if it's the e...

Re: modern email authentication

Hi Bob, I think this is what you're referring to. You will need to create an App Password: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/user-help/multi-factor-authentication-end-user-app-passwords https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en So instead of using your usual crede...

Ah, interesting! Yes, >Help >About in my 15.0.20 is reporting as July 2021 too. This is incorrect. I can confirm it was in fact December 2021.
