Run different macros from main macro

Good day!

Сould you tell how Run different macros from main macro?
I tried to compile few macros in exe and then run them from main macro.
But in this way there is one problem: if I change some of macros then I need to compile them again to renew code.
How can I run diffrent macros from main macro without compilling, simly calling them from list of macros in program by their name?
