I'm running Macro Scheduler version 13.1-01 on Windows 8.
Every time I launch the msched.exe application, the program instantly launches all the macros listed. And it keeps launching them over and over again until I kill the process in task manager or manage to click on one in the list and open it in the editor.
Has anyone seen this bizarre behavior before?
My thoughts are maybe it's fighting with anti virus software, or maybe I just need to uninstall /reinstall.
Application launches all macros on start-up.

Re: Application launches all macros on start-up.
Your version predates Windows 8 final release and is quite old. The issue you describe was addressed pretty quickly (in 2012!). Please see:

And note:
Version 13.1.04 12/03/2012
....
Fixed: All macros firing every second on Windows 8 Preview
