different behavior between trial and registered version

Post by jhanasik » Mon Feb 17, 2003 4:01 pm

When I first started working with the trial version of the software and my macro would get away from me due to timing issues I could break/quit the macro in the system tray. After purchasing the product I have found that clicking on the macro scheduler icon in the system tray does not bring up a menu to allow me to break/quit. Anyone know why this works differently. It is not something I would need to do often but during development/fine tuning the script, it sometimes becomes necessary to stop the processing.

Hi,

Which version do you have? Not sure why the menu is not displaying. It should display if you right click on the icon.

You can also press SHIFT-ESC at any time to stop the macro.

I'm running version 7.1. Ah, Shift-Esc, I should have thought of that myself. It does the trick. Thanks.
