I can't remember any more hotkeys, recommend a launch pad?

Post by bbrink » Fri Jan 28, 2011 3:42 am

Hi,

I love my Macro Scheduler and have lots of HotKeys set up. Some of the more seldom used Macros I envoke from the tree-view.

I'd liketo find another way to launch the macros I only need every day or two. Anyone know of a good "launch pad" "tool bar" whatever you want to call it? -Basicly a GUI for calling macros?

If you right click on the Taskbar Macro Scheduler icon, there is a "Quick Launch" menu item. Have you tried that? When you are editing any macro script there is a "Group" tab. On that "Group" page is a "Show in System Tray Quick Launch Group" check box. Any Macro Script that has that check box checked will show up in "Quick Launch".

Personnaly I keep a shortcut to the scripts folder on my desktop and I simply go there and double click any script that doesn't have a hot key.

Also, several years ago I posted a script that presented a dialog of all of the scripts that showed in the macros.dat file. I think that had a button to lauch scripts among other things. Creating a script like that would be a fun project for you.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

Hi,

I have signed up for the newsletter and I am a Macro Scheduler user but I have been unable to figure out how to get the free licensed version of Quick Launch.

ONe technical question. I use multiple monitors, is it possible to move the bars to other monitors? Will the "dock' there?

thanks Marcus, this looks like it might just be the cat's meow.
